As a newcomer to Avalon, I’m quickly finding new places I want to frequent, and the Seven Mile Island Deli is a place that I have finding myself at nearly every day I am on the 7Mile. The owner is super-gracious and friendly and makes amazing food- my favorite being the hot ham and cheese panini. I won’t give away the secret to this delicious sandwich, but I highly suggest getting yourself to the Seven Mile at 3101 Dune Drive, #107. You’ll love it!
